Sometimes We Must Change Shape just got another positive review, this time from
Wildy's World a really great in depth music review blog out of New York. You can check it out in the Press section of this website or by clicking on the "Wildy's World" link above.
I also recently posted a cheap home made video of an in studio live accoustic recording of "So Sorry" in the blog section of the website in case anyone was interested in checking that out. Other than that I've been quite busy working on the score to a Sci-Fi feature film calld "Helix" that should be pretty cool, I'll definately keep you updated on how that's going as it progresses. The music video for "My Friendship" has been accepted by 99 Dollar Music Videos to be featured on their show, which is awesome news. This means I will be doing a video interview with them via Skype about the making of the music video that will be aired soon. Stay posted for links and other news.

So as you may have noticed I have a new site up now that looks pretty sweet, and if you press play at the bottom of the page it should sound pretty sweet too. The 2 songs available for full length preview are off the new album which is called "Sometimes We Must Change Shape", which is being released May 5th, 2009. This will be available for pre-order from the store section of the website in a couple weeks.
On this album I had a little help by Kevin James Maher (Fake Shark Real Zombie) who helped produce it, as well as lend some vocals and guitars to the mix. The artwork was done by an artist in Oregon named Jesse Reno who did a wicked job, and if you get a chance you should check out his site ( www.jessereno.com ).
As you navigate through the site you will notice some new additions like a link to a blog, as well as clips of all the songs in the music section among other things.
Anyway check it all out, enjoy, and stay tuned for more on the new album.

Soooo, the new full length album is extremely close to being completed and will be titled "Sometimes We Must Change Shape", it will most likely contain 13 tracks of awesomeness and I am quite excited for everyone to hear it. I had a little help this time round from Kevvy Mental (Fake Shark Real Zombie) lending some guitar playing and backing vocals as well as some producing skills, which was great. I also commissioned an amazing artist named Jesse Reno to design the art for the cover (www.jessereno.com) which looks great, so it's all coming together gradually. No release date scheduled quite yet but I'm hoping for before Christmas. (There are a few exciting things that this will depend on, including the reason why the remixes have been held onto). In other news during the next few months I will be working on the sound design and musical score for the Indie Feature called Helix, which I'm really looking forward to.
